- ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, and lifting

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- maintaining a physical environment in a clean, safe and pleasant manner
- sweep, mop and polish floors
- remove trash and miscellaneous debris from resident and public areas
- wash windows and other surfaces
- perform other general housekeeping duties as assigned
