Job Qualifications

- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties
- perform activities daily related to housekeeping and laundry services to ensure excellent customer service in a timely manner
- clean and maintain all areas of the community including resident rooms, public areas, rest rooms, offices, corridors and other communal areas as directed
- maintain all cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner according to company, state, and federal procedures/guidelines
- uphold cleanliness standards throughout the community
- contribute to a welcoming environment for residents
- follow all health and safety regulations
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
