Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to travel occasionally for training or support at other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms daily or as directed
  • freshen vacant apartment homes and model units throughout the day
  • assist in the make-ready process as requested by management
  • report any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
  • maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when reordering is necessary
