Job Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience in residential or commercial setting
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to safely operate housekeeping vehicles
- Ability to demonstrate professional interactions with residents, family members, staff, and vendors
Job Qualifications

- Ability to safely operate carpet and hard floor care equipment
- Ability to safely operate trash removal and housekeeping vehicles
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to interact professionally and responsively with residents, family members, staff, and vendors
Job Duties
- Cleaning resident homes in independent living or nursing home rooms
- Maintaining cleanliness of community areas using specialized equipment
- Cleaning public bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures
- Cleaning lobbies and living rooms including vacuuming, dusting, decluttering, and removing trash
- Cleaning classrooms including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning boards and furniture
- Assisting with collection, bagging, and disposal of trash and replacing liners
- Maintaining carpeted surfaces through extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming
