Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior cleaning experience required
- ability to commit to Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm schedule
- reliable transportation
- ability to pass a background check
- physically capable of job demands
- willingness to work as part of a team
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- be able to pass a background check
- have a positive attitude and be a team player

- demonstrate a willingness to learn
- be physically capable of standing for long periods and performing light lifting
- possess a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Perform thorough house cleaning using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- work cooperatively with a cleaning partner
- travel to different homes daily for cleaning assignments
- maintain professionalism and high-quality standards in every client home
- follow safety guidelines and company protocols during cleaning
- participate in training and development sessions
- provide exceptional customer service and contribute to client satisfaction
