Job Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Respect for the privacy and dignity of residents
  • Must comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing excellent service in a senior living environment

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lounges, and communal facilities
  • Ensure all housekeeping equipment is properly stored and maintained
  • Report maintenance needs and safety hazards
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support a clean and safe environment
  • Assist in special cleaning projects as needed
