Job Requirements
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing
- Basic English proficiency
- Reliable and punctual
- Respect for the privacy and dignity of residents
- Must comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent service in a senior living environment
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lounges, and communal facilities
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment is properly stored and maintained
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Follow health and safety guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with team members to support a clean and safe environment
- Assist in special cleaning projects as needed
