Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
ability to work day, evening, or graveyard shifts
flexibility to work weekends
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and night shifts
good interpersonal and communication skills
ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
reliable and punctual
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Resolves routine questions, issues and problems
refers more complex issues to higher levels
performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
may serve as a mentor to other staff members, including training
