Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
- Physical capacity to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience in real estate or hospitality environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to property presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Cleans leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, models, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensures vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by supervisors
- Informs supervisors of any hazards or dangerous situations observed on the property
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisors when reordering is necessary
- Works inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Operates a golf cart safely on the property as required
