Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- able to read, write, and understand English
- physically able to push, pull, lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 150 lbs
- previous housekeeping experience
- able to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds and procedures
- willing to incorporate new housekeeping practices
- commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Job Duties
- Clean, polish, sanitize, sweep, and vacuum all environmental surfaces in resident rooms and common areas
- coordinate housekeeping services with nursing staff during routine assignments and emergencies
- perform terminal cleaning procedures when residents are discharged or transferred
- report accidents, incidents, and hazardous conditions to supervision
- maintain safe and organized work areas by storing equipment and supplies properly
- exhibit behavior aligned with ERS's core values
- maintain confidentiality of staff and resident information in accordance with HIPAA
