Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to complete required background and screening processes
- Residency within the state of Texas is required
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
- Willingness to participate in training programs
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required during shift
- Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties
- Clean assigned resident rooms and common areas guided by a daily task sheet
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room area ensuring pleasant mealtime ambiance
- Develop meaningful relationships with elderly residents contributing to their happiness and comfort
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a comfortable and unhurried pace
- Maintain orderliness and hygiene throughout the community
- Participate in training and development programs as scheduled
- Follow all safety and health regulations while performing duties
