Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning duties
- Availability to work variable hours and rotating shifts including weekends
- Compliance with MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirements for on-site or hybrid work
- Adherence to Corewell Health’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to follow procedures and work without direct supervision
- Reliable and punctual work habits
Job Qualifications
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment use
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexibility to work variable shifts and weekends

Job Duties
- Cleans all assigned resident and ancillary areas daily according to policies and procedures to ensure a sanitary and odor-free home-like environment
- Demonstrates the willingness to meet the needs of the department by assisting fellow employees, residents, and their families
- Completes duties and routine assignments within the work shift without supervisor assistance
- Properly uses supplies and equipment
- Interacts with visitors and staff to support continuity of service and a positive environment
- Adheres to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
