Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- Willingness to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to set standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- May assist in laundry and public area cleaning when necessary
