Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Strong communication skills
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and endurance

Job Duties

Create a home away from home by transforming guest rooms into clean, welcoming retreats
Be the cleanliness champion by maintaining sparkling public and back-of-house areas
Surprise and delight guests by replenishing amenities and supplies
Pay close attention to detail by making beds with crisp linens and shining bathroom fixtures
Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
Prioritize safety by promptly reporting maintenance issues or hazards
Address guest requests and concerns with a positive attitude and prompt resolution
Embrace flexibility by adapting to various tasks and shifts
