Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Understanding of Bell Core Values
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working with mechanical and electrical equipment as well as hazardous materials
- Comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects

Job Duties
- Properly adhere to all Bell Properties policies and procedures
- Inspect and clean common areas daily before 9 am
- Inspect and clean offices
- Ensure that amenities are continually maintained in a clean and orderly manner
- Be in uniform standard and wear a name tag while on the job
- Clean vacated apartments as directed by the maintenance supervisor
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
