Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisor experience
  • Availability to work night shifts including weekends
  • Ability to document and maintain accurate records
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate staff activities

Job Duties

  • Supervises, trains and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff
  • Ensures assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly
  • Resolves internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Documents call offs and replaces for any shift
  • Coordinates assigned staff breaks
  • Prepares and distributes assignment sheets to staff and reviews priorities
  • Assigns designated keys, radios and beepers to assigned staff and maintains accurate records
  • Checks all equipment used by staff for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness and mechanical problems
  • Inspects areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met
  • Assists staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service
  • Conducts staff training as assigned
  • Exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
  • Performs other duties as assigned
