Job Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Must be able to work in a refinery environment
  • Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies

  • Problem-solving skills for guest complaint resolution
  • Ability to manage schedules and assignments

Job Duties

  • Provide quality service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
  • Ensure assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly
  • Document late or absent employees
  • Resolve internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Document call offs and replace for any shift
  • Coordinate assigned staff breaks
  • Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to staff and review priorities
  • Communicate additions or changes to the assignment sheets throughout the shift
  • Assign designated keys, radios and beepers to assigned staff and maintain accurate records
  • Check all equipment used by staff for proper supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical problems and instruct personnel to correct deficiencies
  • Inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met
  • Assist staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service
  • Conduct staff training as assigned
  • Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
  • Perform other duties as assigned
