Job Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Must be able to work in a refinery environment
- Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies

- Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness
- Problem-solving skills for guest complaint resolution
- Ability to manage schedules and assignments
- Proficient in maintaining safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Provide quality service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
- Ensure assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly
- Document late or absent employees
- Resolve internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Document call offs and replace for any shift
- Coordinate assigned staff breaks
- Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to staff and review priorities
- Communicate additions or changes to the assignment sheets throughout the shift
- Assign designated keys, radios and beepers to assigned staff and maintain accurate records
- Check all equipment used by staff for proper supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical problems and instruct personnel to correct deficiencies
- Inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met
- Assist staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service
- Conduct staff training as assigned
- Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
- Perform other duties as assigned
