Job Requirements

  • Three years of prior housekeeping supervisory or management experience
  • ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with rotating weekends
  • ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

  • knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards

Job Duties

  • Provide quality service to customers by giving one-on-one attention to detail
  • ensure assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly
  • document late or absent employees
  • resolve internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • document call offs and replace for any shift
  • coordinate assigned staff breaks
  • prepare and distribute assignment sheets to staff and review priorities
  • communicate additions or changes to assignments
  • assign designated keys, radios, and beepers to staff
  • maintain accurate record of assignments and ensure key security
  • check all equipment for proper supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical problems
  • instruct designated personnel to correct deficiencies
  • inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met
  • assist staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service
  • conduct staff training as assigned
  • contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism
  • perform other duties as assigned
