Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience desired
  • Valid driver's license required to operate golf cart on property
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined areas
  • Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to occasionally travel to other properties or training sessions as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
  • Ability to operate a golf cart with a valid driver's license
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the models, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the supervisor
  • Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
  • Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
  • Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
  • Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and inform the appropriate supervisor when a reorder is necessary
