Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience desired
- Valid driver's license required to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to occasionally travel to other properties or training sessions as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to operate a golf cart with a valid driver's license
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the models, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the supervisor
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and inform the appropriate supervisor when a reorder is necessary
