Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a 7-year background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Willingness to work full-time hours
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing
Ability to work overtime when required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not required
Ability to operate cleaning equipment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible shifts including overnight hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum or backpack vacuum, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing in an industrial or warehouse setting
Sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, etc.
Dust and wipe down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.
Clean and disinfect breakrooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors, etc.
Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, etc.
Empty all trash cans and replace liners to fit
Ensure proper labeling and use of all cleaning chemicals available
Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition
Operate specialized equipment as needed
Report irregularities and inform violators of policy and procedures
Abide by and enforce Sizemore's and client policies and procedures as needed
Perform other tasks as assigned
