Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
reliable transportation
able to pass 7-year background check
able to pass drug test prior to employment
able to lift and carry items generally weighing 50 lbs or less
able to stand or walk for extended periods
able to follow company policies and procedures
authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred but not required
ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
capable of operating cleaning equipment
good physical condition
ability to work flexible schedules including overnight shifts
reliable transportation

Job Duties

Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum or backpack vacuum
sweeping
mopping and scrubbing in an industrial or warehouse setting
sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors
dust and wipe down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds
clean and disinfect breakrooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors
restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, common areas
empty all trash cans and replace liners to fit
ensure proper labeling and use of all cleaning chemicals
maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition
operate specialized equipment as needed
report irregularities to prevent losses and damage
enforce Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures
perform other assigned tasks as required
