Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least six months experience in housekeeping or hospitality
- Current First Aid or other safety certification as required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a productive work environment
- Initiative and independence in work and decision-making
- Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Ability to meet high standards of accuracy, detail, and timeliness
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license may be required
Job Qualifications

- Six months’ experience in housekeeping or hospitality

Job Duties
- Inspect and clean all club buildings daily according to BlueStar standards and procedures
- Clean all assigned facilities including floors, carpets, walls, ledges, pictures, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Empty garbage containers
- Assist the Maintenance Department with assigned duties
- Maintain an infection-free facility by thorough washing, cleaning, and replacing equipment and furnishings
- Report repairs or replacement needs to the Facility Maintenance Manager and follow up to ensure standards are met
- Work safely using all assigned personal protective equipment and report unsafe conditions or accidents
- Comply with OSHA, EPA, and state Health Department regulations for cleaning products and chemicals
- Assist with setup and teardown for club events
- Perform other duties as assigned
