Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical labor such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training and business meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is a plus
- Ability to operate a golf cart with a valid driver's license
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, stooping, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by service manager, community manager or assistant manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when re-order is necessary
