- ability to communicate with clear written and verbal messages
- ability to present a professional image
- knowledge of safety equipment usage such as AED and fire extinguishers
- proper cleaning methods and safety measures essential to the work environment
- ability to work outdoors in temperature extremes
- ability to work with high noise levels
- ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- maintaining the cleanliness of assigned building and rooms
- vacuuming carpet areas including resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
- mopping and cleaning tile areas including resident rooms and common areas
- emptying trash in their designated area
- cleaning bathrooms including tub, shower, and toilet areas
- restocking custodial supplies
- adhering to established procedures to provide a safe working environment
- reporting maintenance concerns via work order requests
- performs other related duties as requested and assigned
