Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and report hazards
  • Must be able to operate golf cart safely
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday schedule
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Good communication skills to report hazards and collaborate with team members
  • Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Clean leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms daily
  • Clean model apartments, amenities and vacant apartment homes as directed
  • Freshen vacant apartment homes and show units throughout the day
  • Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by supervisors
  • Report any hazards or potential safety issues to the appropriate supervisor
  • Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify supervisors when reorders are necessary
  • Operate golf cart to transport supplies or perform duties requiring mobility
