Job Requirements

  • At least one year of housekeeping or apartment cleaning experience
  • ability to work independently

Job Duties

  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary
  • keep all vacancies fresh and odorless
  • clean model apartments on a regularly scheduled basis
  • clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas on a daily basis or as scheduled by the Property Manager
  • care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
