Job Duties
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary
- keep all vacancies fresh and odorless
- clean model apartments on a regularly scheduled basis
- clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas on a daily basis or as scheduled by the Property Manager
- care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
