Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of housekeeping experience in apartment settings
- ability to work flexible hours
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- valid work authorization for employment in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in apartment housekeeping
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong attention to detail
- good organizational skills
- familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment
- ability to follow property management schedules and standards
Job Duties
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary
- keep all vacancies fresh and odorless
- clean model apartments on a regularly scheduled basis
- clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas daily or as scheduled by the Property Manager
- care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
