Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping or cleaning experience in a residential or apartment setting
- Ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina for cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation to various apartment locations
- Willingness to work on a temporary assignment basis
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in apartment cleaning and housekeeping

Job Duties
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary
- Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless
- Clean model apartments on a regularly scheduled basis
- Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas on a daily basis or as scheduled by the Property Manager
- Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
