Job Requirements
- Ability to follow outlined daily and weekly cleaning and deep cleaning schedules
- Perform general cleaning duties in resident rooms and common areas
- Adhere to established policies governing infection control
- Maintain an organized work area complying with OSHA safety standards
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate community hospitality promises towards residents, families, associates and vendors
- Willingness to perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor
- Stand or walk for long periods during the workday
- Willingness to work in a 24-hour operation environment
Job Qualifications
- High school education or GED preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8 hour workday
- Preferred minimum of 1-3 years of housekeeping experience in a hospitality or health care environment
