Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or similar environment preferred
Job Qualifications

- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
- Training in AIDET or customer service techniques beneficial

Job Duties
- Provide cleaning services in the presence of patients and families
- Apply AIDET communication techniques
- Make beds
- Empty trash
- Wipe and sanitize equipment
- Clean furniture
- Polish floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Clean restrooms
- Launder hospital linen
- Perform daily inspection and inventory of housekeeping equipment
- Demonstrate proper use and disposal of cleaning chemicals
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control measures
