Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
0-3 years of experience
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
Competency in using cleaning chemicals safely
Good communication skills
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
Dependability and reliability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
0-3 years of cleaning or housekeeping experience
Effective communication skills with patients and families
Ability to follow safety protocols for chemical use
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
Familiarity with hospital environment is a plus

Job Duties

Provide cleaning services while in the presence of patients and their families
Apply AIDET techniques in interactions
Make beds and empty trash receptacles
Wipe equipment and clean furniture
Polish floors and vacuum carpets
Clean restrooms and launder hospital linens
Inspect and inventory housekeeping equipment daily
Demonstrate safe chemical use and disposal
Work 3rd shift hours including every third weekend and two holidays annually
