Job Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with patients and families
- Willingness to work 2nd shift including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Completion of training on cleaning chemicals and safety measures
- Commitment to hospital values and teamwork
- Reliable and punctual work attendance
Job Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma
- Prior experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Ability to follow hospital infection control standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Familiarity with hospital or clinical settings is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide cleaning services while in the presence of patients and their families
- Use AIDET communication techniques to interact respectfully and compassionately
- Make beds and empty trash
- Wipe equipment and clean furniture
- Polish floors and vacuum carpets
- Clean restrooms thoroughly
- Launder hospital linens
- Conduct daily inspection and inventory of housekeeping equipment
- Demonstrate proper usage, disposal, and safety measures for cleaning chemicals
