Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum age 18 required
  • Duties require good interpersonal skills
  • Minimum three months related work experience required
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have a valid exemption
  • Available to work 32 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow directions and work under general supervision

  • At least three months of related work experience
  • Fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or exempted with signed statement as per policy

Job Duties

  • Perform various cleaning duties to maintain clean, orderly, and safe conditions in all assigned rooms and areas
  • Follow directions from the Team Leader, Environmental Services or designee
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital infection control and safety standards
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
  • Assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
  • Support adherence to environmental services policies and procedures
  • Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
