- knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment, and ability to use them economically and efficiently

Job Duties
- Sweeps and wet and dry mops floors
- vacuums and cares for carpeting
- washes windows and walls and polishes furniture
- cleans restrooms, kitchen area and cafeteria
- dusts woodwork, furniture and other articles
- picks up paper and debris on grounds
- empties and cleans waste receptacles
- cleans chalkboards and chalk sills
- assists in all summer cleaning and general cleaning as instructed by supervisor
- performs any additional duties assigned by superintendent and/or evaluator
