Job Requirements

  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • Flexible scheduling availability including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical housekeeping tasks
  • Willingness to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to respond promptly to guest requests
  • Basic communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • Preferably experience with hotel housekeeping
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated hospitality and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to high quality and dependability
  • Strong customer focus and adaptability
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turndown service as needed
