Job Requirements
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Flexible scheduling availability including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical housekeeping tasks
- Willingness to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Ability to respond promptly to guest requests
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Preferably experience with hotel housekeeping
- Ability to work flexible schedules including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated hospitality and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high quality and dependability
- Strong customer focus and adaptability
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turndown service as needed
