Job Requirements

  • Flexible scheduling availability including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Minimum six months of customer service experience
  • Preferably experience with hotel housekeeping
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Perform guest turn down service as needed
