Job Requirements
- Must be able to maintain continuous manual labor such as kneeling bending over and lifting for extended periods of time at least 30 lbs
- Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators
- Preferably has at least 3 months of customer service experience
- Preferably has at least 3 months experience with professional cleaning or janitorial tasks

Job Duties
- Conducts daily cleaning in guest rooms including removing all soiled linens and towels sanitizing bathrooms replenishing amenities removing waste dusting surfaces and vacuuming carpeted areas
- Cleans public lobbies lounges hallways restrooms corridors elevators stairways and other work areas
- In deep cleaning periods washes windows walls ceilings appliances and polishes woodwork as necessary with proper materials
- Cleans and replenishes amenities in meeting rooms
- Responds to any immediate guest needs as the day progresses
- Other duties as assigned by department leadership
