Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • One year of cleaning experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license
  • Ability to pass FBI background check
  • Knowledge of housekeeping methods and equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds with assistance and 35 pounds frequently
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending and climbing
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time schedules including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • One year of cleaning experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Knowledge of housekeeping methods, materials and equipment
  • Understanding of infection control and HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to work required hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Cleans interior surfaces including carpets, floors, furniture, walls and windows
  • Sanitizes resident rooms and restrooms
  • Operates cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors and vacuums
  • Collects and disposes of waste and recycling materials
  • Reports safety hazards and equipment issues to supervisor
  • Assists in arranging furniture for meetings and community events
  • Maintains documentation and complies with safety and quality standards
