- high school diploma or GED or related experience preferred
- ability to follow oral instructions and understand simple written instructions
- ability to follow work schedule which may vary with assignments
- ability to prioritize workload efficiently
- ability to respond to emergency situations
- ability to be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- perform assigned housekeeping duties safely and competently
- follow through on directions accurately
- prioritize workload efficiently
- conduct basic cleaning functions within patient settings
- utilize safe practices including use of wet floor signs and safe biohazard waste handling
- change out full linen bags
- respond to emergency situations involving patient or building safety according to hospital policies
- adhere to company policies, procedures and directives
- interact positively and constructively
- prioritize and multitask effectively
