Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in custodial or environmental services preferred
Experience with floor care and carpet cleaning preferred
Ability to travel between healthcare facilities
Reliable transportation
Flexibility in scheduling
Fluency in English
Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years of custodial experience a plus
1+ years of experience in floor care and carpet cleaning a plus
Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities preferred
Must be fluent in English
Ability to travel between multiple healthcare facilities
Strong attention to detail and adherence to cleaning standards

Job Duties

Monitor and inspect assigned work area to verify compliance with procedures and standards
Participate in training programs on safety, procedures, and cleaning methods
Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles and remove waste paper and rubbish
Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors
Hand dust and wipe all office furniture, fixtures, and horizontal surfaces
Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces including doors and partitions
Damp-mop or clean spills in offices, stairwells, and public areas
Keep janitor's closet clean and orderly
Sweep or dust mop hard floor surfaces
Perform other jobs and duties as assigned
