Job Requirements
- Experience with floor care including waxing, stripping, and sealing
- physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs
- ability to follow schedules and maintain job documentation
- working knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices including PPE and chemical interactions
- close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- professional attitude, neat appearance, and courteous team spirit
- willingness to help with special projects
- ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Shampooing carpets and rugs
- dusting windows, beams, ceiling vents, and light fixtures
- cleaning chandeliers and decorative lighting indoors and outdoors
- power washing outdoor areas like the patio and golf terrace
- scrubbing, polishing, and sealing stone and marble floors
- cleaning and polishing brass and steel fixtures
- washing inside and outside windows weekly
- deep cleaning upholstery and fabric furniture weekly
- pressure washing walls and outdoor walkways weekly
- disinfecting gym and exercise equipment weekly
- dusting vents and air returns weekly
- sweeping service corridors weekly
- cleaning skylights and ceiling fans weekly
- polishing wood panels, trim, and banisters weekly
- organizing and sanitizing storage and housekeeping closets weekly
- cleaning up after emergencies such as spills, accidents, and storms
- helping set up and take down decorations for holidays and events
- completing floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing, and sealing
