Job Requirements
- Experience with floor care including waxing, stripping, and sealing, power washing, and carpet shampooing
- physical ability to climb ladders, lift and carry up to 75 lbs, and perform demanding, repetitive cleaning tasks
- ability to follow schedules and maintain job documentation
- working knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices including PPE and chemical interactions
- close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- professional attitude, neat appearance, and a courteous team spirit
- willingness to help with special projects as needed
- ability to work weekends and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
- knowledge of cleaning methods, safety practices, and proper use of personal protective equipment
- experience with floor care including waxing, stripping, and sealing
- ability to operate power washing equipment and carpet shampooing machines
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- professional attitude and neat appearance
Job Duties
- Shampooing carpets and rugs
- dusting windows, beams, ceiling vents, and light fixtures
- cleaning chandeliers and decorative lighting indoors and outdoors
- power washing outdoor patios and golf terraces
- scrubbing, polishing, and sealing stone and marble floors
- cleaning and polishing brass and steel fixtures
- washing inside and outside windows
- deep cleaning upholstery and fabric furniture
- pressure washing walls and outdoor walkways
- disinfecting gym and exercise equipment
- dusting vents and air returns
- sweeping service corridors
- cleaning skylights and ceiling fans
- polishing wood panels, trim, and banisters
- organizing and sanitizing storage and housekeeping closets
- cleaning up after emergencies such as spills, accidents, and storms
- helping set up and take down decorations for holidays and events
- completing floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing, and sealing
