Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- organizational skills
- ability to manage time effectively
- physically capable of bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40-50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties
- Cleans resident apartments as assigned
- cleans all common areas including halls, landings, stairs, activity areas, lobbies, elevators, and model units
- cleans vacant units as assigned
- ensures cleanliness of public restrooms
- maintains housekeeping and laundry carts at all times
- washes and dries all community laundry using appropriate products
- follows posted work schedule and arrives on time in proper work attire
- follows all emergency procedures, including chemical misuse
- understands proper handling of biohazardous waste
- maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals properly
- reports on-the-job injuries to supervisors
- communicates effectively with housekeeping supervisor and plant operations director
- advises supervisor/plant operations director when supplies need reordering
