Job Duties
- Cleans resident apartments as assigned
- Cleans all common areas including halls, landings, stairs, activity areas, lobbies, elevators, and model units
- Cleans vacant units as assigned
- Ensures cleanliness of public restrooms
- Maintains housekeeping and laundry carts
- Washes and dries all community laundry using appropriate products
- Follows posted work schedule and wears appropriate work attire
- Adheres to emergency procedures including chemical misuse
- Practices proper handling of biohazardous waste
- Maintains clean laundry room and stores chemicals properly
- Reports injuries to Plant Operations Director or Business Office Director
- Communicates effectively with housekeeping supervisor and other team members
- Advises supervisor or director when supplies need reordering
