High school diploma preferred or GED accepted
ability to handle multiple priorities
organizational and time management skills
good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
physically able to bend and reach
physically able to push, pull, and lift up to 40-50 pounds
physically able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Cleans resident apartments as assigned
cleans all common areas including halls, landings, stairs, activity areas, lobbies, elevators, and model units
cleans vacant units as assigned
ensures cleanliness of public restrooms
maintains housekeeping and laundry carts
washes and dries all community laundry using appropriate products
follows work schedules and arrives on time
follows emergency procedures including chemical misuse
properly handles biohazardous waste
maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals properly
reports on-the-job injuries to directors
communicates effectively with supervisors and team members
advises supervisors when supplies need reordering
