Job Requirements

Be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the US
Comfortable working independently
Ability to work in various environments (no allergies to pets, dust, products, etc.)
Positive attitude and high energy
Able to lift 30 pounds, bend, kneel, and twist throughout the day
Smartphone required for company application
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable and insured vehicle for daily work
Able to pass a national background check

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Attention to detail

Job Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting residential and commercial spaces
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences
Use techniques to maintain cleanliness and appearance
Ensure proper hygiene practices are followed in all cleaning activities
Utilize concierge experience to effectively manage and uphold cleaning standards
Drive to various locations using a valid driver’s license for on-site cleaning services
