Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to complete training program
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
- Pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Take pride in delivering quality cleaning services
- Have a willingness to learn and adapt to the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting under 15 pounds
- A driver's license is preferred to operate company vehicles
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of clients' homes using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Work in pairs to complete daily cleaning assignments efficiently
- Travel to different homes each day using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Attend and complete the two-week training program
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols consistently
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
