Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to pass local and national background checks
- reliable transportation to and from work
- able to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
- availability to work Monday through Friday daytime hours
- commitment to punctuality and attendance
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in house cleaning or janitorial work beneficial but not required
- ability to work independently and in a team
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- good communication skills
- willingness to participate in training programs and advance within the company
Job Duties
- Perform thorough professional house cleaning
- travel to customer homes within service areas
