Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- be able to pass a background check
- have a great attitude and be a team player
- take pride in your work
- willingness to learn company cleaning techniques
- able to be on feet all day with light lifting less than 15 pounds
- driver’s license preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no previous experience required
- ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to receive training and adapt to company methods
- basic physical fitness to handle light lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Perform professional housecleaning services using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- clean homes Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- follow training protocols and company cleaning standards
- maintain excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
- conduct light lifting and stand on feet for extended periods
- participate in ongoing learning and development
- collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality cleaning services
