Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- have a great attitude and take pride in your work
- willingness to learn
- able to be on feet all day with light lifting
- valid driver's license
- able to work full-time Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- availability to train for two weeks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong work ethic and team player mentality
- willingness to learn and adapt to company cleaning systems
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and reliably
- prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Clean residential homes using The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System
- perform light lifting up to 15 pounds
- maintain a positive attitude and work cooperatively with team members
- complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- participate in ongoing training and development programs
- ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality cleaning standards
- follow all company policies and safety procedures
