Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- willingness to learn company cleaning methods
- able to be on feet all day with light lifting less than 15 pounds
- preferred to have a valid driver's license
- team player with a good attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning experience helpful but not required
- ability to learn and apply new cleaning techniques
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina to stand and do light lifting throughout the day
- positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Clean houses using The Cleaning Authority Detail-Clean Rotation System
- perform detailed and thorough cleaning of all rooms
- follow safety protocols and company cleaning procedures
- maintain a positive and professional attitude
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- adhere to scheduled work hours and complete cleaning assignments on time
- participate in training and development programs
